Cable Contract Services is a WMBE Certified fulfillment contractor specializing in Tap Audits, Retention, Equipment Collection, and Disconnects. Each program we offer is customized to fit the needs of our customer.
Our employee selection process is extensive and fully reliable. We partnered with a third party company that specializes in prequalifying a prospective employee. This process includes a National Criminal Report, data from the Department of Corrections, Administrative offices of the Courts, Sex Offender Registries, Statewide and County level criminal searches, Drivers license history, and pre employment drug and alcohol testing.
We provide complete and comprehensive training and safety produced by a third party partner to each of our technicians utilizing industry standards, professional and appropriate customer service, and sales and recovery techniques. Our team is outfitted with protective safety gear: Hardhats, lanyards, safety shoes, traffic cones, and reflective vests. Cable Contract Services is a recipient of SCTE Gold Level Safety Award.
Cable Contract Services fleet of vehicles consists of late model white trucks. All vehicles are marked or identified with signage of our customer, to ensure they are recognizable. Our staff is outfitted with uniforms, and easily visible identification badges at all times in the field. Our appearance ensures that our staff is recognizable as CATV.
